What are your hours of operation?

Contrary to popular belief we are not here 24/7 however, we do have 24/7 online ordering for your convenience!

We are in the office from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Central Time zone. If you reach our voicemail during office hours we are on the line assisting other customers. Please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.

Which orders are processed first: online, phone, email or fax?

All orders are processed in the order we receive them. There is no priority given to which method was used to place the order.

My package is scheduled to be delivered today but my UPS driver just drove by and didn’t stop at my house.

UPS delivers by 5:00 p.m. to commercial locations and by 7:00 p.m. to residential locations. If you would like the tracking number for your package, please call or email our office.

Can I request no-signature required upon delivery of my package?

All packages over $500 require a signature; we cannot waive the signature required.

I need my order shipped ASAP!

We use UPS shipping and the following options are available for expedited shipping: UPS overnight, 2-day or 3-day. To ensure same-day shipping, you must place your order by Noon Central time.

What kind of glue do I use?

Refer to our adhesive recommendations brochure (PDF). The majority of our customers use E6000 and Gem Tac on fabric.

How much is one gross?

Gross is a term of measurement – one gross equals 144 pieces which equates to 1 dozen dozens. Gross does not change; it will always be 144 pieces. However, be aware that some companies claim one gross to be 100 pieces, this is incorrect. At Rhinestones Unlimited, one gross is always 144 pieces.

What is the difference between Crystal Coated and Color Coated Colors?

Crystal Coated colors start out as a plain crystal and have a color coating put over the plain crystal. Color Coated colors start out as a standard color and have a coating put over the standard color.

What is the difference between the types of rhinestone qualities you offer: Swarovski, Preciosa Machine Cut, Czech Extra Glass and Acrylic?

Why would I need to purchase a Sample Card Color Chart?

If you need to match colors or need a precise explanation of what a color looks like, we highly recommend you purchase a color chart. Sample cards are available for three rhinestone qualities: Swarovski, Machine Cut and Acrylic. Although we provide a color chart in our wholesale ordering information packet and on the web site, it is not possible to represent the colors with 100% accuracy.

What does “ss” stand for?

The term “ss” is an abbreviation for Stone Size. Please refer to our size chart if you are unfamiliar with sizing.

Is your jewelry made with Swarovski rhinestones?

Our jewelry items are made with both Swarovski and Preciosa Machine Cut rhinestones.

How long does it take for a back order to be filled?

Usually back orders take one to one and a half weeks to reach our warehouse. Once the backordered item has reached our warehouse, we will ship it to you. If the item is a special order item, you can call our office for a better timeframe for when your back order will ship.

Why didn't I receive Hot Fix rhinestones?

Swarovski flat back rhinestones are available in both NO hot fix and hot fix. If you need hot fix please indicate this on your order.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Quantity discounts are given when you order in full packages. Most items are also available in re-packaged (smaller, non-discounted) quantities for your convenience. Refer to your pricelist for available package sizes and quantities.
