Rhinestones Unlimited Shipping Policy

This page answers questions you may have about our shipping policy. More information is available on our Terms & Conditions of Sale regarding all of our policies.

UPDATE! Perks of the New Shipping Program...

...include free shipping on backordered items! As of January 2016, at the request of our customers, shipping costs for all options are now clearly shown up-front during the checkout process. Any items out of stock are included in that price—no additional shipping costs will be added.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A:
We ship through the United Parcel Service (UPS) or, in some cases, the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:
Yes! We have many international customers. Most international orders are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS), as shipping costs are generally quite a bit lower than UPS. However, we will happily honor requests to ship through United Parcel Service (UPS) if preferred. USPS International averages 6–10 business days, and there is an expedited option available, as well. Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier service according to package weight, value and the exact shipping address. If you would like a shipping estimate, please send the complete shipping address so we can get you the most relevant information. Please note, we are unable to provide a quote for any additional customs, duty fees and taxes. These charges are determined by your government.

Q: When will my order ship?
A:
To ensure same-day shipping, you must place your order by noon (12:00 pm) Central Standard Time. Orders placed after noon may go out the following business day. All orders are processed in the order we receive them; there is no priority given to which method was used to place the order.

To view delivery times and approximate shipping costs for UPS Ground, please refer to the UPS Ground Map. Please note, from Thanksgiving through New Year’s, UPS Ground shipments may be delayed due to extended delivery times or holiday observances. Please contact us with any questions. The following options from UPS are also available for expedited shipping: UPS Next Day Air®, Next Day Air Saver®, 2nd Day Air® and 3 Day Select®.

Q: How much will I pay for shipping?
A:
New as of January 2016, shipping charges for all options can now be displayed during the online check-out process for orders being shipped within the U.S. contiguous 48 states. If your order includes a backordered item(s), and is being shipped within the U.S. contiguous 48 states, Rhinestones Unlimited will cover the backorder shipping costs, using the best way shipping method as determined by Rhinestones Unlimited. You have the option to pay the difference if an expedited shipping method is preferred.

At this time, if your order is being shipped outside of the U.S. contiguous 48 states, shipping charges will not appear during online checkout. In these cases, shipping costs will be added to your final invoice, and charged at the time of shipping. Please contact us directly if you would like us to calculate your shipping charges prior to sending your order. Please note, we are unable to provide a quote for any additional customs, duty fees and taxes. These charges are dependent on your country and are determined by your government.

Q: Do you offer a cash on delivery payment option?
A:
Yes! Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) is available through UPS for an additional fee that will appear in your shopping cart when you select C.O.D. as a payment option; please contact us for details. This fee is set by UPS.

Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
A:
If your order includes a backordered item(s), and is being shipped within the U.S. contiguous 48 states, Rhinestones Unlimited will cover the backorder shipping costs, using the best way shipping method as determined by Rhinestones Unlimited. You have the option to pay the difference if an expedited shipping method is preferred.

With every order placed, you are given the opportunity to tell us how to proceed if an item is out of stock. If you have instructed us to hold your order and contact you if something is out of stock, nothing on your order will ship until we get ahold of you.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A:
Orders submitted before noon Central Standard Time can be shipped the same day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an emailed invoice which includes the UPS or USPS tracking number for your package. (You may also contact us for the tracking number.) UPS delivers by 5:00 p.m. to commercial locations and by end of day to residential locations. If you’re unable to accept delivery of your package and it is returned to us, a return fee will be added to your account.

To see transit days for your area, please view the UPS Ground Delivery map below. Orders sent through USPS average 2–8 business days domestically and 6–10 business days internationally. Expedited options are available for UPS and USPS International.

Q: Do I need to sign for my package?
A:
At the discretion of the driver, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. UPS determines that all packages over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Rhinestones Unlimited cannot waive the signature required.
