All orders are processed in the order we receive them. There is no priority given to which method was used to place the order.
We use UPS shipping. The following options are available for expedited shipping: UPS overnight, 2-day or 3-day. To ensure same-day
shipping, you must place your order by Noon Central time. COD is available for an additional fee; please contact us for details.
Shipping is not added to your shopping cart total; it will be added to
your final invoice before we ship your order. Please refer to UPS estimated cost and delivery time
for more information.
UPS delivers by 5:00 p.m. to commercial locations and by 7:00 p.m. to residential locations. The UPS tracking number for your package
is emailed to the email address you provided on your order. You may also contact us for the tracking number.
All packages over $500 require a signature; we cannot waive the signature required.
