Tampering with the site, the site contents, misrepresenting an account user, or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

By using the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site, you expressly agree that use of the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site is at your sole risk. The Rhinestones Unlimited Web site is provided on an "AS IS" and "as available" basis. Rhinestones Unlimited cannot warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Rhinestones Unliited Web site or the products or services offered for sale on the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site.

Under no circumstances shall Rhinestones Unlimited or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Rhinestones Unlimited has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Product Display/Colors and Sizes

The Rhinestones Unlimited Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color or the product size, as the display of the color and size depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Rhinestones Unlimited reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rhinestones Unlimited will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Rhinestones Unlimited's Policy.

Delivery Time

All orders for merchandise in stock will be sent out within 48 hours. If you have ordered an item which is currently out of stock, the order will be shipped as soon as it arrives. Special order delivery times vary, however most will take up to 10 business days to arrive to you. We will hold all in stock merchandise on an order until the special order or out of stock merchandise arrives, UNLESS you indicate during the checkout process that you would like us to ship available merchandise and back-order the other items (additional shipping charges will be incurred).

Documentation

A packing slip/invoice is sent with every order. The documentation will show prices and back orders.

Paying for Your Order Placed Through the Web Site

Orders placed through the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site may be paid by credit cards MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

Paying for Your Order Placed by Non-Web Methods

Non-Web site orders may be paid by credit cards MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Check, or Money Order. C.O.D. orders are shipped standard shipping only - No rush orders can be shipped C.O.D. unless the shipping charges are pre-paid. C.O.D. orders will include additional shipping charge (generally $7.50 - $10.00). A $20.00 charge will be assessed on all NSF checks returned.

Special Orders

Most special order merchandise will take up to 10 days to receive. Some items have longer lead times; please inquire. A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card when the merchandise is ordered. This deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled. There are no returns on special order merchandise. Please call if you need samples before placing an order for special merchandise.

Return Policy

Special Order Merchandise: There are NO RETURNS on special order merchandise. Please call if you need samples before placing an order for special merchandise.

Stocked Merchandise: If you wish to return stocked merchandise, you need to call for a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in salable condition and in its original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to Rhinestones Unlimited pre-paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. Errors in shipping or defective merchandise must be called in within 15 days and will not be subject to the re-stocking fee. All shortages must be called in within 5 days. Returns that arrive without an RA number will not be processed.

Wholesale Pricing

You receive the best wholesale price when you order in full packages, full bolts, or cases. All re-packaged rhinestones are packaged by weight. Approximately 144 rhinestones per gross. As a service to our customers some products are re-packaged. The prices are higher in order to cover the labor costs of re-packaging. Businesses placing their first order must supply us with their resale exemption certificate or other proof of business.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges on web orders are determined by weight and will be added to the invoice.

If you are placing an order via FAX, MAIL, or PHONE, please ask for a shipping estimate before sending a check or money order.

Termination of Use

Rhinestones Unlimited may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Rhinestones Unlimited reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Rhinestones Unlimited Web site at any time without prior notice.
